and why?
Yes but there are more like healthy eating plans than diets.

No diets! Eat small portions, watch calories and exercise as best that you can. Don’t forget to drink water!
Changing life habits helps you lose weight.
I never tried GI or slimming world, but I did do weight watchers for awhile. I did lose some weight and it was very easy to keep track of the points and eat things that I wanted. The only thing I hated was going to meetings, but I don’t even think you have to do that anymore. I think they have an online program now. And it wasn’t that the meetings were terrible, it was just the fact I worked full time, had an infant, and didn’t feel like spending an hour listening to others talk about their weight loss goals. Good luck with whatever you decide!
I would say Calerie Count is the VERY best with minimum excercise. I have lost 26lbs since April 2007 by counting my calaries and realizing how many I consume! There is a website calerie-count.com that can help you start a profile and works free and easy! I eat whatever I want, I just limit it.
the best way to lose weight is to exercise and eat healthy. i know it sounds cliche but it acually works. u should give it a shot. if it doesnt work u should see a doctor
i’ve been on a diet since january first.
so far i’ve lost about 5 pounds.
and that’s ok. yes, it’s not that much considering it’s almost 3 weeks but you need to consider this- the slower you lose the weight, the slower you will gain it back.
i love my diet. it’s called - the three hour diet by jorge cruise. check it out. it’s easy to stick to- really easy. and i actually am, slowly but surely, losing weight!
None of them. WW is a gimmic to get your money. People that eat their food or are on their plan get very hungry and then cheat b/c they do not each much.
This does work:
Foods with 5 fats, 15 carbs and 5 sugars or as close to that as you can. SUBTRACT any fiber from carbs. It makes everything digest properly and once you get past that urgency to cheat with fatty foods and junk food you can stick with it. You must follow it for 2-3 weeks then you are set.
Eat Fiber One. Fiber is good. Avoid sugary fruits and eat more green veggies, fresh than forzen but either way is fine.
Suzanne Somers diet:
pros: You can eat as much as you want as long as you eat them as told- protein fats together with veggies and carbohydrates with veggies. I lost weight on it by eating as much as I wanted
cons: you have to try cut out as much sugar as possible. finding yogurt was hard for me, and not having butter on toast or in oatmeal and eating bland cereal.
Nurtrisystem:
pros: the food comes prepared for you and it doesn’t taste like diet food and you really lose weight. The foods have a lot of added protein so it keeps you full longer.
cons: it costs a lot and you have to buy ADDITIONAL food to the food you already buy from NS like..veggies, bread, fruits..etc. Even tho the food keeps you full, the dinners are really small portions so you have to fill up on veggies.
