Low Gi question - UK users?

    I find that low fat yoghourt foods tend to be FULL of sugar, and probiotics are no exception!!!! They are soooooo sweet I cannot take them more than a couple a week!

    I don’t know how you would get an overall view of probiotics’ sugar content. Low fat is good but the companies that make them boost up the sugar because it makes them more acceptable to eat, and they can still say ‘healthy’ because the fat content is low, but that is not the whole issue! Its a case of getting the balance right.
